Wayland City Park
Located northwest of downtown Wayland resides the Wayland City Park. At the park, you will find 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 picnic shelters, a large gazebo, a walking path, a one acre open space for field sports, rest room facilities, many picnic tables and grills. The beautiful tree filled park is a great place for a quick get-away or an entire day of fun and play.
Wayland Mini Park
Featured on the northeast corner in downtown Wayland, this picturesque park, build in memory of Harold and Dora Weaver, contains benches, picnic tables, and a walking path. The flower filled mini park is a wonderful place to stop while walking through the downtown area.

Rabbit River Nature Trail
The nearly mile-long looped walking trail as well as two fishing spots is built on a 35-acre space. The first portion of the trail is paved, with the rest covered in crused limestone. The park also offers a covered picnic area, bathrooms, a drinking fountain, and benches overlooking the river. the park provides the only public access to the Rabbit River.
Wayland Skate Park
Located just west of Pine Street Elementary School is the Wayland Skate Park. This modern skate park is a great place to watch skateboarders perform or to practice the sport yourself. The fenced in park closes nightly at dusk.
North Park
At the corner of Dahlia Avenue and North Main Street sits this 1-acre park that open space for field sports.
