Everything is a little different this year – Including our Expo!
In lieu of an in-person expo this year, we have launched a Virtual Expo that is not just a four hour/one day event, but an entire year!
To give our businesses even more exposure, we are collaborating with Byron Center, Caledonia, Grandville-Jenison and Wyoming-Kentwood Area Chambers!
Vendors: For your Expo "Booth," your organization will have its own Expo landing page. Additionally, your organization will be able to choose the category where your page can be viewed. The categories are: Business & Manufacturing, Food & Beverage Services, Insurance & Financial Services, Health & Wellness Services, Home & Automotive Services, Lodging, Travel & Recreation, Non-Profit, Government & Religious Organizations and Retailers.
Each expo booth page may have the following:
• High Resolution Logo
• Contact information name, address, link to your website
• Product, Specials or informational paragraph. Minimum of 100 words or max of 300
• Up to 16 photos
• Up to 10-minute video promoting your business (links from YouTube, Vimo or MP4 files accepted)

General Vendor Booth (chamber member) $150 or $350 (non-members). To become a member of the chamber for reduced Expo pricing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Annual dues are $165. To register, please complete the 2020 Expo Registration found at General Vendor Registration

ALL SPONSORS will be listed both in both a rotating slide show and on a separate sponsor page.
To ensure our sponsors are recognized and receive “additional” benefits to being a sponsor of this event, all sponsors will also receive:
o A logo of your business placed on 500 reusable canvas shopping bags. These are the same style bags that we typically pass out to the first 500 visitors. This year, we will be passing them out to Harding’s and/or other local stores to pass out. (Premier Sponsors will have a smaller logo on the Premier Sponsor side and Platinum Sponsors will have a large logo on the Platinum Sponsor side).
o We can “pre-stuff” the bags if you have an informational flyer/brochure you would normally pass out at the "in-person" expo. Please have these printed and ready by October 1st.
o All sponsors will be highlighted on our website and social media.
o Sponsors can select a Facebook “take-over” week where the chamber will focus on a specific sponsor. Premier Sponsors will receive four "take-over" days and Platinum Sponsors will receive seven "take-over" days.
Benefits of a Virtual Expo:
o Businesses do not have to close down on a Saturday to work the expo.
o Businesses do not have to find workers/volunteers to work their booth.
o The website is up for OVER a year!
o Advertising – the virtual expo will be cross promoted by each chamber in multiple formats including radio
spots, each chamber’s website/social media, postal mail, email, YouTube
o SAFER – no worries about Covid-19 or any health crisis spreading here
Your page will run until December 31, 2021. There may be additional charges if you choose to update your page during the year.
