Complimentary listing in the index of the full color annual Wayland Area Visitor’s Guide & Business Directory. This publication is distributed at city hall, chamber functions, area businesses, and new homeowner packets. Members receive a discounted price on ad prices.
Gain additional exposure through chamber social media including a “member’s only” FB group.
Online Presence:
All members automatically appear on our website. In addition, each member has a "member log-in" and is in control over their web presence. Members can add their own events to appear on the community calendar. Members can also add their social media sites for additional advertising, post jobs in the job portal and register for events.

Enjoy the opportunity to meet other local chamber members at our signature events including our Spring Kick-Off, Educational Luncheons, Coffee Networking, Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies, the Chamber Golf outing, and Annual Awards Gala.

Wayland Community Business Expo:
This popular event takes place annually on the first Saturday of October from 10:00am-2:00pm. Members receive a reduced booth rate and priority placement.
Community Support - Chamber members help support our community!
Chamber Scholarship: The chamber proudly awards an annual scholarship to a graduating senior each year (based on community leadership and volunteering).
Chamber Charity: We adopt an annual charity to raise awareness and raise money throughout the year.
Community Parades: We provide the community with the annual Christmas parade and assist the Veterans with organizing the annual Memorial Day parade.
Business Assistance: By Belonging to the chamber, you are eligible for complimentary support from our local SCORE organization. This support is for new to established businesses.
Education & Professional Development: Attend workshops, webinars, and seminars to improve skills in the workplace.

 

There are also networking opportunities and events such as our annual golf outing and discounted booth space at our annual business expo. There is NEVER any obligation to attend any event to belong to the chamber. Even if you do not attend events, you are still able to reap many of the great benefits of chamber membership!
