Mason Jar Summer Salad & Sangria Workshop

If you’re struggling with eating a healthy lunch, wishing your meals had a little more pizzazz, or want to get ahead on meal planning, attend the Mason Jar Summer Salad & Sangria Workshop on Thursday, June 2 at 7pm.

Participants can have a glass of sangria and will make a salad that they can eat at the event or take home. Northern Physical Therapy and special guest Jennifer Antel will be co-hosting this event.

Cost to attend is $5 per person and that includes the salad, mason jar, and sangria. The workshop takes place at Northern Physical Therapy, 709 W. Superior, Wayland. Guests can register for the event or get more information at www.northernpts.com/salad or by calling 269.792.4440.

Northern Physical Therapy is a physical and occupational therapy rehabilitation facility with six locations and two fitness centers.
