Today is the grand opening of the much anticipated Gun Lake Casino’s Harvest Buffet. Below are details from their FB page. Please feel free to attend if you are available as this is a public event.
I had the opportunity to try the amazing buffet last week. I guarantee you will not leave hungry. One of the employees also provided some good advice on taking a “tour” of the entire buffet before you begin so you know what you really want to try first and then plan your second plate (or dessert plate). We also had an opportunity to meet their new Chef who is incredible. Pretty much anything that can be made from scratch IS – he even makes the salad dressings! And – they are proudly using as many local products and resources as possible.
In addition, today is not only the opening of the Harvest Buffet, but also the new Stage 131, and of course the new expanded gaming floor! AND beginning TODAY, Gun Lake Casino is also family-friendly (including Harvest Buffet, Sandhill Café, the Food Court (Johnny Rockets and Villa Pizza), and Appliques Gift Shop.

The 300-seat buffet will feature delicious dishes from multiple stations including a Chef’s Table, American favorites, Asian specialties, Mexican classics, traditional Italian, and more. Plus, you’ll want to try the Prime Rib and Crab Leg Buffet every Friday night!
