Joe’s Way Pizza & Italian Grill, owned by Judy Bixler and Stefano Levant, feature authentic Italian fares, brick oven pizzas, gluten-free pizzas, appetizers, salads, a bit of Mexican, and Judy’s famous “Wings.” Both Bixler and Levant have plenty of restaurant experience and are thrilled to be in Wayland – a place Stefano called home when he owned the former Joe’s Way Pizza for seven years in Wayland several years ago. Bixler owned the former Wing Kingz housed in the same location. It was during that experience that Judy’s chicken wings became famous and became in popular demand in Wayland.
